TOPS

There are a variety of tops available to wear in the club orange/tangerine and black colours, the club badge is printed on the top left side.

  • Crop Top (Youth and Women's sizes)
  • Racerback Singlet
  • Singlet
  • T-shirt

These are available for purchase ($45) from the club house on Monday club nights and are compulsory when participating in club nights, and Championship events.

SHORTS

For all athletes - Black shorts or tights are required to be worn.  These are to be self provided.

REGISTRATION NUMBERS

LANSW Number should be placed on the front of uniform top. If no number worn after Week 3 of attending then competition points will not be awarded. 

LANSW Age Patch should be placed on bottom left side of shorts

Coles sponsorship patch should be placed on the top right of uniform top.

ANSW (Dual Registration) numbers MUST be worn front and back

 

FOOTWEAR

At club competition, shoes must be worn at all times.  Suitable footwear includes joggers / sneakers / spike running shoes (see spike restrictions below)

The club has an assortment of spike running shoes available for sale at $60 pair, as well as some second hand shoes (prices vary)

SPIKES 

Use of Spikes

Athletes in the U9 - U10 age group may not wear spike shoes.

Athletes in the U11 - U12 age group may wear spike shoes in events run entirely in lanes, long jump, triple jump, high jump and javelin.

Athletes in the U13 - U15 age groups may wear spike shoes in all track events except walks. Spike shoes may also be worn for long jump, triple jump, high jump and javelin.

 

Spike shoes cannot be worn outside the defined “Field of Play” unless all spikes are suitably covered.
