MONDAY COMPETITION CANCELLATION

The LAANSW Policy of Storm / Lightning / Weather Conditions is the governing factor.

At 4.00pm a decision will be made if competition is cancelled due to weather conditions. This can change at any time with changing conditions.

A notice is posted on the Club website and facebook with this descision.

If a MONDAY NIGHT COMPETITION IS CANCELLED the competition program set for that night will be conduct the next week, ((note)) we conduct Week 1 2 3 in that order

 

ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS

After competition has started on Monday night if competition is called off due to the weather conditions, all results of all events finished will stand. All uncompleted events will be subject to program availability.

 

ATHLETE ABSENCE

If due to illness you will be absent from Monday Night Competition to receive Pointscore points you should notify Club Officers (info@wallsendathleticsclub.org.au) prior to that Monday night’s competition.
